1. Who will I be dealing with on a day-to-day basis?

As part of us getting to know you and your business, you will be allocated a dedicated accountant/accounts assistant who will get to know how your business operates and they will liaise with you about your bookkeeping and answer any day-to-day queries or compliance issues.

If you have any complex or technical queries or issues, your accountant will be sure to involve one of our specialist technicians or business advisors, so you always know the right person is handling the right enquiry.

2. How many meetings will we have?

Depending on how much you’d like F&P to get involved with your accounting and advice, we can arrange annual, quarterly or monthly meetings. This is something we will discuss with you when we first start working together.

3. Can I phone you any time for advice?

We arrange all our work with you around your business objectives, so depending on what you are aiming to achieve with your business and how extensively you want our support and advisory services, we will agree a workable plan for all of us, to keep your business on track.

This approach means there shouldn’t be any surprises, as we will all be working to the same plan! But of course, if you need to speak to us in between our planned updates, feel free to call us

4. How can I pay less tax?

We work with all our clients on a bespoke basis and we would be more than happy to give you a full review of your tax position – and some guidance on what relief you may be entitled to.

5. How much do you charge?

We find our clients don’t slot easily into round or square holes, so we like to treat you all as individuals!

We’re not the cheapest accountants and business advisors on the block, but nor are we the most expensive!
